New Moon in Gemini

I haven’t loved a chart this much in a while. The new moon in Gemini arrives on June 6th at 5:37am Pacific time, exactly conjunct Venus.
After all we’ve been through around Venus over the past (almost) year, with Venus retrograde last summer and the South Node moving into Libra, relationships, and the lessons surrounding them, have been a major focus of the chart and our lives. And it hasn’t been easy.
We’ve been plunged into the underworld of relational experience. Forced to see all the misaligned contracts, the wounded patterning, the various expressions of codependency.
It’s been important. We needed this reboot. And it’s been a lot.
Now, finally past the midway point in our nodal journey, we have this new moon in Gemini bringing a fresh, unexpected perspective to our relations. A new start. A brand new set of eyes. A new beginning you never saw coming.
The new moon is in trine to the south node, helping us see that we’ve learned our lessons, around relationships, and are ready and open to receive new blessings.
The new moon is also square Saturn, asking us to be discerning about the long term sustainability of the new adventure, perspective, and ideas we’re trying on. Saturn wants us to start something fresh and exciting, with longevity in mind. Holding strong to your convictions, values, and boundaries is essential.
At the same time, the ruler of this new moon, Mercury, is also in Gemini, and loosely conduct our other benific, Jupiter. Jupiter having just entered into the airy realms of Gemini is giving hope and excitement, a burst of energy, and blessings to the Gemini part of all of our charts.
With Mercury here, joining the party, we have the desire to express and expand our minds around what is possible. Thinking outside the box. Getting caught by a new idea. Letting the unknown, the adventure, the uncertainty take you for a ride.
Gemini is here to experiment, explore, and examine all possibilities, ruling absolutely nothing out.
This new moon may offer an opportunity for new beginnings and a new way of thinking, especially around relationships.
